There are a lot of different cleanses you can do, from a liver cleanse, to a colon cleanse. Usually people use herbs to help out, or a stricter diet. If you are going to try to remove toxins from your body, the first thing you should do is drink more water. 8 cups of water a day is a good amount or more if you want to push more toxins out of your body.
